Order Processing

In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Orders are not typically processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping within the United States is currently $6.99, unless a different rate or promotion is displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout begin after an order has been processed and shipped.

Made-to-Order / Print-on-Demand Products

Some Dank Boy Clothing products are made to order through one of our fulfillment partners. These products require additional production time before shipment.

Made-to-order products typically require approximately 3–7 business days for production before shipping. Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to order volume, product availability, destination, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Separate Shipments

If your order contains both an in-stock item and a made-to-order item, your products may be produced and shipped from different locations. As a result, your order may arrive in multiple packages at different times.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout after your order ships.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Dank Boy Clothing is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
