Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Please review our return policy below.

In-Stock Items

Returns or exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.

To start a return or exchange, contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Made-to-Order / Print-on-Demand Items

Certain Dank Boy Clothing products are made specifically for you after your order is placed. Because these items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

If a made-to-order item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue, and we'll work to make it right.

Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. In-stock orders may only be cancelled before they have shipped. Made-to-order items may only be cancelled before they enter production. Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item, contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can evaluate the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Final Sale

Gift cards and any products specifically marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
